Make sure both computers have the time synchronized. When Kaiming-PC date is Sept 22 and Frank-PC date is Oct 20, Frank-PC cannot join the HomeGroup created on Kaiming-PC.

Click “Join now” button and type the password.
HomeGroup sharing
Kaiming is logging onto Kaiming-PC.
After the user Test(Kaiming-PC3) shares its files and logs off, HomeGroup will list test(Kaiming-PC3). However, I have to manually install the Printer onto Liao-PC because there is no Samsung driver installed.
