C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles

Copy the v6f35hyt.default folder out (e.g. external drive)

Windows 7:

Install Mozilla Thunderbird software and open it without setting up an e-mail account;

C:\Users\administrator\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles

Copy the content from v6f35hyt.default folder to idjokx02.default;

Open Thunderbird application;

The mail and address book are in place.
