For XP-32bit machine, download TimezonesXP and TimeZoneInformationXP

Double-click both TimeZonesXP.reg and TimeZoneInformationXP.reg files

Regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones

Export it to a file, e.g. timezone.reg

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation\

Export it to a file, e.g. TimeZoneInformation.reg

Open timezones.reg in Notepad.exe;

Copy the following line:

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones]

And paste it immediately after the line: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

Save it;

Open TimeZoneInformation.reg in Notepad.exe

Copy the following line:

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation]

And paste it immediately after the line: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

Save it;

regedit /s c:\timezone.reg

regedit /s c:\timezoneinformation.reg

Restart computer.
