User account
In this form you can manage the different users allowed to access the system. For each user you can choose a name, a password and an access level.
Level 0 indicates an anonymous user (not registered),
level 1 a basic user (e.g.: a student),
level 10 an administrator with full access rights
For instructor, the level 6 is assigned.

Jeff Smith is an instructor. Level 6 is assigned to him. So he can create exams. He teaches two classes: IAM and Students.
