Setup cannot continue with the upgrade because the resource property contains invalid data: Couldn't perform the operation because objects of type 'Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.SystemConfiguration.ResourceBookingConfig' couldn't be found'

When installing Microsoft Exchange 2010 SP1 on one of my Exchange 2010 RTM server, the above error shows.

When I open the Exchange Management Console, I did not see the SERVER CONFIGURATION category. Why?

All the Microsoft Exchange 2010 services are running. No error reports.

Solution: Control Panel--User Accounts--Credential Manager.

Remove the user for connecting to the Exchange server 2010. Even though I am running as Administrator, somehow, the setup process still uses the saved credential, which has the limited privileges.
